[Android] Secure Taipei: A social security alerting service

Introduction #
Secure Taipei is an android app and web application we build for NTU Hackathon 2015 - Hack into the City. This app transform the cellphone into a security alerting device. Through over 9000 weighted open-data from the government inside the database, we are able to alert the user if the user is within a range with various incidents occurred throughout the past. We also show the safe locations within a kilometer for users to locate.
## Technology This Web application is build using MySQL, PhP and Java.
